Ground Level Nutrition offers a hands-on method connecting real food from an inside out approach. This will be assessed through diet, meal planning, detoxification purification, plant-based supplementation, muscle and lingual neural testing, and lifestyle modification.

my story in short
The health industry chose me. I fell in love with food and the tribe surrounding it. I have always wanted to help people. One-on-one.

I was born with Cerebral Palsy (an abnormal development to the brain and bone structure in which nerves and muscles suffer dearly). I spent 34 years with an animal brain (flight and fight) molding to a life of chronic pain and inflammation. I was used to the false expectations from past experiences of medical doctors and treatments telling me what I could and could not do and how my body would continue to degenerate.

November of 2015, Averio Health Institute, in Mt. Vernon, Washington introduced me to what 48 chiropractic adjustments, holistic treatments, and eating plant-based foods can do in one week and I was awake from my cerebral coma. Each adjustment in the spine regulates a response in the brain. In 9 year's my degenerating cervical discs and tendons in my neck have repaired and the subluxations in my spine are currently on the mend. This treatment has re-wired my brain and gave me a life I never had. My experience opened me up to the understanding impact we have on ourselves by eating clean natural foods and staying active, and also the dire effects of living a sedimentary lifestyle.
In the summer of June 2017 I graduated from the Nutritional Therapy Association (NTA) as a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP). The training I received gave me the skills to assess nutritional and supplemental needs in order to bring the body back into a balanced hormonal state in a natural holistic way.
